MASE 2024 Plans & Program Launch: A Day of Dreams and Action

On May 3, 2024, MASE held its Plans & Programs Launch at DreamPlay, City of Dreams, Paranaque City. Themed “Dreaming of SGS (Strengthening, Growing, and Scaling),” the event signified a key milestone in MASE’s strategic transformation initiatives for the upcoming years.

Mr. Gerwyn See, MASE President and CEO, unveiled “MASE Dreams,” the forward-looking vision for the organization. He detailed an ambitious plan to expand operations in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia by strengthening MASE, empowering and enlightening its workforce, expanding its reach into new territories to serve more underserved communities, and scaling the organization by accessing global capital and talent to foster local and regional growth. He concluded his presentation with a quote from Lao Tzu, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” encapsulating the spirit of dreaming with action.

Ms. Sheryl See, MASE Executive Vice President and Chief Culture Officer, presented the concrete programs, known as ACTion 2024 — Achieve, Contribute & Transform — aiming to operationalize Mr. See’s vision of ‘Creating Pathways’ for impact investments to fuel community infrastructure development and social empowerment projects in underserved communities.

Highlighting the event was the announcement of the Best Planners of 2024, celebrating the innovative efforts of MASE Citizens:

The event highlighted the positive outcomes of the collective effort, creativity and dedication of MASE employees in contributing to the organization’s goals.

Citizens also enjoyed networking opportunities over meals and each received a DreamPlay Mug as event souvenir. After, everyone had a chance to try the fun and daring attractions in the DreamPlay park.
