One Team, One Vision: Building Stronger Connections Across MASE
As the MASE Group continues to grow, strengthening collaboration across Business Units has become more important than ever. While every team contributes unique expertise, achieving the organization’s goals requires more than individual excellence; it requires people working together with a shared purpose.

Anchored on the theme “One Team, One Vision,” MASE Synergy 2026 brought employees together for a day of meaningful engagement, encouraging participants to build stronger relationships, foster trust, and experience firsthand the value of collaboration beyond their day-to-day roles.
Building Alignment from the Top
Before the wider organization came together for MASE Synergy 2026, the Group’s managers gathered on July 3–4, 2026 at Estancia De Lorenzo in Rizal for the Management Team Building 2026.

The two-day gathering gave MASE leaders an opportunity to strengthen relationships, align perspectives, and reflect on their shared responsibility in guiding the organization as it continues to grow. By creating space for leaders to connect beyond their individual functions, the initiative reinforced the importance of alignment in translating the Group’s direction into collective action.
The initiative laid an important foundation for the company-wide gathering that followed two weeks later, extending the focus on alignment from the leadership team to the broader MASE organization.
Setting a Shared Direction
Leadership messages connected individual well-being with MASE’s shared direction. Executive Vice President and CCO Sheryl G. See emphasized the importance of pausing, recharging, and being present to better show up for one’s team.

“It’s very different when you’re able to just pause and relax and slow down because the mind is so busy.” – Sheryl G. See, Executive Vice President and CCO
President and CEO Gerwyn P. See reinforced the importance of unity, harmony, and collective accountability as MASE continues to grow.

“The formula to working together and unity and harmony begins and ends with you.” – Gerwyn P. See, President and CEO
Together, the messages framed MASE Synergy not simply as a day of team building, but as an opportunity to reflect on how each individual can contribute to building a more connected and collaborative organization.
Collaboration Beyond Departments
Throughout the day, employees were grouped into mixed teams, encouraging collaboration with colleagues from different Business Units and functions. Through team-building challenges, participants relied on one another’s strengths, communicated effectively under pressure, and developed strategies together to overcome each obstacle.
Rather than focusing on competition alone, the activities highlighted the importance of cooperation, adaptability, and shared accountability; qualities that are equally essential in the workplace.

The obstacle course became a practical demonstration of how success is achieved not through individual effort, but through coordinated teamwork, mutual trust, and a willingness to support one another toward a common goal.

Strengthening Connections from Within
Beyond the physical activities, MASE Synergy also created space for reflection and personal well-being.
Employees participated in the Just-Be-Alive (JBA) session, followed by the Sunya Meditation and Ho’oponopono Meditation, providing an opportunity to pause, recharge, and cultivate mindfulness amidst a day of high energy and collaboration.

The JBA and meditation sessions complemented the day’s team challenges by reinforcing another dimension of collaboration: the ability to remain present, grounded, and intentional in how employees engage with one another.
The symbolic MASE Handprint 2026 further reflected the organization’s commitment to unity, with every participant leaving a personal mark that represented their shared commitment to the company’s future.

One Team. One Vision.
As MASE Synergy 2026 concluded with team recognition and shared celebrations, its value extended beyond the activities of the day. The stronger relationships, new conversations, and shared experiences created a foundation employees can carry back into their respective Business Units.

For MASE, collaboration is not limited to a team-building event. It is reflected in how people communicate across functions, support one another, take accountability, and align their individual contributions with the Group’s direction.

As employees return to their respective Business Units, they carry forward a stronger appreciation of one another’s strengths and a renewed commitment to working together toward a common purpose.

Regardless of role, department, or expertise, every employee has a part in building a stronger MASE Group, moving forward as One Team, One Vision.
