Recruitment Lead

The Recruitment Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure timely and high-quality hiring that meets organizational needs. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, managing sourcing channels, leading the recruitment team, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with the company’s culture and values.


Job Description

1. Strategic Recruitment Planning

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s manpower plans and business goals.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.

2. Talent Sourcing and Selection

  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for all positions.
  • Manage relationships with job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure effective use of digital platforms and social media for employer branding and talent attraction.

3. Team Leadership and Process Management

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.
  • Standardize recruitment processes and continuously improve workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.

4. Recruitment Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous process improvement.

5. Employer Branding and Partnerships

  • Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s employer brand.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
  • Represent the company in job fairs and other recruitment events.

Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Certifications/Licenses

  • Certifications relevant to talent acquisition or HR (e.g., recruitment, assessment, or HR management) are an advantage.
