Project Architect

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Supports the supervision of the entire project.
• Monitors the implementation of designs and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Checks all materials to ensure that they are within the required specifications.
• Performs actual drawing preparations of critical details such as section drawings
• Modify and update designs based on review comments from management
• Maintain all the documentation related to architectural designs and construction conditions
• Direct and manage Contractors / Subcontractors for project implementation.
• Evaluate Project Billings & Accomplishments

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Graduate of BS Architecture (Licensed preferred).
– At least 1-2 year/s experience in fit-out design and construction
– Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
