MEPFS Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEPFS systems into the building design and construction process
2. Works hand in hand with MEPFS Engineering for quantification, work program development, methodologies and other related documents
3. Develop MEPFS plans, schedules, and workflows to meet project timeline and budget requirements.
4. Review and evaluate MEPFS designs and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations
5. Monitor installation and construction activities to ensure MEPFS systems are installed correctly and meet quality standards.
6. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to MEPFS activities, including progress reports and change orders.
7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize MEPFS system performance.
8. Ensure all MEPFS installations comply with safety standards and regulations.
9. Identify and resolve any MEPFS-related issues or conflicts that arise during the construction phase.
10. Monitor costs related to MEPFS activities and recommend cost-saving measures where possible.
11. Coordinate the commissioning, testing, and handover of MEPFS systems to the client or end user.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
– 3 to 5 years work experience in MEFPS Coordination or related role in construction industry, experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and fire protection system.
– Strong knowledge of MEPFS Systems, construction methods, and building codes/regulations,
– Proficient in computer skills, necessary computer programs such as AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Experience in estimating from MEPFS plan and anticipate MEPFS requirements and ratios from initial plans
– Knowledge in outline specs, building systems, construction methodologies and work design
– Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills Willing to be assigned in Polillo Island, Quezon Province

REQUIRED LICENSE / CERTIFICATION:
-PRC License, COSH Certificate
