Marketing Communications Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Communications Specialist will support corporate and CEO branding efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms. She will assist in strategic communication initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
The role involves providing marketing services support and managing trademark licensing to protect and promote the company’s intellectual property. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, communication strategies, and licensing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Corporate and CEO Branding (Support
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the corporate and CEO brand image.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Support CEO’s public appearances and social media presence to align with brand values.
- Monitor and analyze the brand perception in the market and adjust strategies as needed.
- Strategic Communication Support
- Assist in creating and delivering strategic communications for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication efforts align with business goals.
- Prepare communication materials, including press releases, presentations, and internal memos.
- Analyze the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements for future strategies.
- Marketing Services Support
- Provide assistance in the development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing materials production (e.g., digital content, brochures, advertisements).
- Assist with event planning and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Support market research efforts to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Trademark Licensing
- Coordinate with legal teams to process and register new trademarks.
- Ensure proper use of trademarks across all marketing materials and communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, branding, or public relations.
- Experience in content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools.
- Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Familiar with SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and other digital performance tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
