Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Business Development Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist/Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and a keen ability to deliver impactful campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content, including ads, email newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and impactful content.

Event Coordination:

• Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and partnerships to ensure successful execution.

Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

 

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage successful campaigns and meet KPIs.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity with an eye for detail and design.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
