Loader Operator

Summary

A Loader Operator is responsible for operating front-end loaders or wheel loaders to move, load, and transport materials such as soil, gravel, sand, or construction debris at construction sites, mining areas, or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have a TESDA NC II certification in Heavy Equipment Operation and be willing to relocate as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate front-end or wheel loaders to load materials into trucks, dumpers, or other machinery.

  • Move materials around the site as directed by supervisors or site engineers.

  • Perform daily inspections of the loader to ensure it is in safe working condition.

  • Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

  • Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with the ground crew.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

  • Assist in the setup and transport of loader equipment when required.

  • Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and government regulations.


Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Holder of TESDA NC II certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (Loader).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery.

  • Strong understanding of machine controls, load limits, and safety standards.

  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Willingness to relocate to different project sites as needed.
