Junior Finance Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior Finance Manager to lead and support day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting. This role plays a crucial part in strategic planning, capital management, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Conduct feasibility studies and investment appraisals using market trends and benchmarks
- Perform valuation analysis for acquisitions, divestments, or joint ventures
Loan Applications & Capital Raising
- Prepare comprehensive loan application packages with financial projections and ratios
- Coordinate with banks and funding partners for loan negotiations and compliance
- Support investor pitches and other capital-raising efforts
Finance Management & Reporting
- Oversee loan drawdowns, repayments, and covenant compliance
- Prepare financial reports for the CFO and management team
- Assist in cash flow planning and liquidity management
- Maintain key relationships with banks, government agencies, and investors
Process Improvement & Governance
- Recommend enhancements in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Mentor junior finance team members on financial modeling and capital strategies
🎓 Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree (Finance or Business Administration) is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related function
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cash flow oversight
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Familiarity with tax laws, internal controls, and audit processes
Certifications (Preferred):
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- CFA, CMA, or other finance-related certifications are a plus

- Willingness to work on-site and travel occasionally for business needs.
