Jr. Financial Analyst

Key Results Areas (KRA) and Description of Duties & Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

• a) Create financial models, including comparative company analysis, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• b) Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• c) Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual utilization.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

• a) Develop accurate budgets aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• b) Provide weekly cash position outlooks to aid in financial planning.

3. Cash Flow Management

• a) Prepare weekly cash position reports to monitor liquidity.
• b) Consolidate group cash position for visibility across departments and subsidiaries.

4. Risk Management and Compliance

• a) Identify and quantify financial risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
• b) Recommend and implement internal controls to minimize financial risk exposure.

Qualifications / Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Solid experience with financial statement analysis and valuation techniques.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare and present reports effectively.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines consistently.
