Investment & Development Manager

Investment Analysis & Structuring

• Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, and data-driven investment analysis to assess project viability, structure optimal financing, and ensure strong risk-return outcomes.

Capital Raising & Investor Engagement

• Drive fundraising initiatives, develop investor materials, and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and funding institutions to secure capital and support deal execution.

Business Development & Evaluation

• Oversee projects from concept to financial close by aligning financial, technical, and operational assumptions and ensuring realistic cost and revenue models.

Partnerships & Deal Structuring

• Support the structuring of joint ventures and strategic partnerships, including deal negotiation and stakeholder alignment across public and private sectors.

Financial Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor project financial performance, cash flows, and funding utilization to ensure compliance with investor requirements and support financial decision-making.

Research, Reporting & Decision Support

• Conduct market and project research, and provide data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations to guide management and board-level decisions.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferably with strong academic foundation in financial management, accounting principles, and business analysis

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5–15+ years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or private equity
• Strong background in medium-to-large-scale development projects
• Proven track record in capital raising and successful deal execution
• Demonstrated experience in driving business development and commercial growth opportunities

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, capital structuring, and risk analysis, with familiarity in regulatory environments such as energy and infrastructure frameworks.
