Innovation Junior Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
This position drives revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across the organization’s strategic business units. This role focuses on uncovering new markets, developing innovative products and services, and optimizing business channels to support top-line growth, operational scale and the company’s long-term strategic vision.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Penetration and Expansion
- Conduct targeted market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential markets, industries and customer segments.
- Develop and execute strategic market plans, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize offerings and align operational capabilities with market needs.
- Track and analyze the performance of new market initiatives and adjust strategies to ensure success and profitability.\
2. Sales Enablement
- Strengthen go-to-market strategies by identifying and nurturing strategic accounts and high-value clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging, customer targeting, and value propositions.
- Build and expand strategic distribution channel partnerships to enhance market reach and scalability.
- Develop tools, training, and materials to support the sales team in converting leads and increasing win rates.
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, government agencies, industry associations, and community groups.
- Act as a key liaison in identifying collaboration opportunities, joint ventures, or partnership models that deliver mutual value.
- Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to build brand visibility and foster trust.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Innovation Management, or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field is an advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, innovation, product management, or corporate ventures
- Proven track record in launching new business lines, scaling startups, or leading product/service expansion initiatives
- Experience working in cross-functional and multi-business unit environments is preferred
