Fleet Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Arranging and scheduling shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Documentation Management: Handling shipping documents, such as bills of lading, delivery receipts, and processing of 3PL billing and other documents.
  • Inventory Control: Monitoring and coordinating inventory levels, tracking shipments, and reconciliation.
  • Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving issues related to transportation.
  • Cost Management: Negotiating rates with carriers, optimizing shipping routes, and controlling transportation costs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing transportation data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and make informed decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Problem-solving: Addressing transportation-related problems, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Others are assigned by immediate heads

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • More than 2 years experience as Admin in the fleet and transportation industry.
  • Willing to work on-site every weekday and to travel if needed
