Equipment Maintenance Junior Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

In addition to heavy machinery, cars, and specialized construction tools, this position will be in charge of managing the upkeep and repairs of a wide range of construction equipment. In addition to reducing downtime and enhancing the general effectiveness of our construction operations, the function will be critical in making sure that all equipment is in good operating order.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, equipment, and systems.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Equipment Operations and Preventive/Repair Maintenance.
• Proven experience in construction equipment maintenance and management.
• Team-Oriented Manager with the ability to create a collaborative working environment for all stakeholders.
• Ability to develop standards, SOPs and policies
• Good interpersonal skills with strong knowledge of the market and the latest government rulings
• Proven ability to work effectively with numbers, data, detail, processes.
• Possesses Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capability.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledgeable in various softwares / applications like google workspace, and other related applications.
• Willing to be assigned at Project Site/s, if needed- accommodation and meals are provided.
