Crane Operator
Summary
A Crane Operator is responsible for operating various types of cranes to safely lift, move, and place heavy materials at construction sites, ports, warehouses, or industrial plants. The ideal candidate should have strong operational skills, a solid understanding of safety protocols, and hold a TESDA National Certificate II (NC II) in Crane Operation. Applicants must also be willing to relocate based on project site requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Operate cranes to lift and transport materials in line with operational instructions.

Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance to ensure crane safety and functionality.

Follow load charts and safety regulations to prevent overloading and accidents.

Communicate effectively with signalmen and ground crew using standard hand signals or radio.

Maneuver loads with precision using rigging tools such as slings, shackles, and chains.

Maintain operational logs and inspection reports.

Assist with assembly, disassembly, and transport of crane equipment when needed.

Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.

Holder of TESDA NC II certification in Crane Operation.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating cranes in construction, logistics, or industrial settings.

Good understanding of load calculation, rigging techniques, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Physically fit; capable of working in outdoor or high-risk environments.

Willing to relocate to Polillo Island, Quezon Province.
