Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista with at least 1 year of experience in crafting high-quality coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. If you love coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.

• Ensure coffee quality and consistency by following recipes and standard procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, and make recommendations when needed.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

• Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including equipment and seating areas.

• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

• Work efficiently in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a café or coffee shop.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and welcoming personality.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Willing to be assigned at NAIA Terminal 3, Pasay City

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista certification or training is a plus.

• Knowledge of latte art is an advantage.
