Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • An Admin Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to an organization. Their duties include organizing company records, internal and external communication, overseeing department budgets, mail management, facilities & management and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Provides General Services support such as Procurement, Housekeeping, Office Reception, Mails, Information and Permits & Licenses.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
  • Other task that may assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a College Degree of any field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • With work experience in Administration preferably in General Services such as: Procurement, Facility Management, and Office Administration.
  • Highly organized, results driven, ability to handle multiple tasks and adheres to deadlines
  • Applicant must be willing to do site visits and field works such as doing on-site Purchasing & Canvassing
