Admin Assistant
An Admin Staff includes Security Management, Safety management. Health and Hygiene Management, Transport Management, Logistics and Inventory Management. Maintain effective Liaison protocol Service management, Social Gathering Management, Membership affiliation & Statutory Requirements, Utility Management, Housekeeping, Management operations, employee support and compliance with company policies.
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports
- Writing and editing letters, reports and instructional documents
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Processing expense reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience: at least 1 year in Administrative or Secretariat position
- Proficient in MS Office, Email and organized and deadline oriented
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration or Management
- Above average communication skills both written and verbal
- Can start immediately
