Project Manager (ESCO)
The position shall lead the development efforts from business ideation to business development and until commercial operation. The position requires sound technical knowledge, deep industry familiarity and proven project management skills to deliver the project.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Conduct market research and environmental scanning in order to understand the market.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problem.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations about the project to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Developing and presenting proposal customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Working with senior team member to identify and manage project risks that might prevent business strategies and project performance.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules and budget.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Organizing, attending and participating in project and stakeholders meeting.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Prepare Status reports to various stakeholders by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field of study
- With five (5) years continuous experience in the installation, operation and maintenance of energy-consuming machines and equipment, experience in sales and technology field.
- An energy efficiency practitioner who has a proven track record on implementing energy efficiency projects.
- Knowledgeable on energy management systems (EnMS) and program implementation or has extensive experience in QMS, EMS or other standard quality systems.
- With proven good leadership and project management skills in energy efficiency projects• Strong communication, interpersonal customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines, beyond regular working hours and exceptional problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel and take on project assignments in various locations.
- Well versed in using computers and computer applications for a variety of tasks.
License / Certifications:
- Licensed engineer or its equivalent
- Energy Manager and Energy Auditor preferably Certified
- Training Certificates for Energy Management Systems and/or other QHSE Management Systems
- Training Certificates for Project Management is a Plus
